Since 2004 Ward Hamilton has provided historic homeowners and the stewards of landmark buildings with the following contracting services:

• Perform brick and stone masonry restoration, preservation, installation and cleaning 

• Install new or restore existing slate, clay tile, wood shingle, and sheet metal traditional roofing systems

• Custom sheet metal fabrication including copper details and flat-lock roofing systems

• Restore, rebuild and reline built-in, box- and Yankee-style gutter systems

• Replicate and restore architectural woodwork including moldings, brackets and turnings

• Rebuild foundations and make structural repairs to steel, timber and balloon framing
